The object of this Project is the construction of a greenhouse with 8 m bay wide, Gothic shape roof and single butterfly automatic ventilation ¼ type .Structural steel is Hot Dip Galvanized steel or Sendzimir.

2) FOUNDATION:

Adequate holes in the floor must be dug in sizes of 50 cm and 100 cm. Holes must be done every 2.5 m at the sides and 5 m for internal pillars. 80x80 mm pillars will be installed 80 cm deep in the foundation. Concrete quality must meet H-250 kg/cm³.

3) MATERIALS SPECIFICATIONS:

PILLARS: 
SIDE PILLARS: 
•     Square steel tube of 80x80x2 mm , hot dip galvanized 
•    The distance between them is 2.50 m.

 INTERNAL PILLARS: 
•     Square steel tube of 80x80x2 mm, hot dip galvanized 
•    the distance between them is 5 m.

 FRONT & REAR WALLS’ PILLARS:
•     Square steel tube of 80x80x2 mm, hot dip galvanized 

 CAPITEL:

 Made of Sendzimir galvanized steel of 2 mm thick.
Its function is to unite the four basic elements in the composition of the greenhouse (pillar, gutter, bar culture and bows) and form a solid structure.



 GUTTER: 
High resistance gutter made of Sendzimir galvanized steel with 10 folds will be installed.


Bigger capacities in a size of 5090x500x2 mm that enable it to take the rain fall over 40L/h/m². 

ARCHS:

STEEL TUBE (galvanized Sendzimir) of 60 mm long and 1.5 mm thick. 
They are installed along each bay in every 2.5 meters.
The arches are in Gothic shape which increases the resistance of greenhouse against heavy wind and leads to better ventilation in the greenhouse.



CROP BAR:

 Made of (galvanized Sendzimir) pipe in size of 40x1.5 mm and 7920 mm in length. It adds reinforcement to the structure and decreases the forces made by heavy wind and snow. 
PROFILE “H”: galvanized Sendzimir Profile of 1.5 mm thick.
REINFORCEMENT IN "V" SHAPE: Made of galvanized Sendzimir pipes with dimensions 
 32x1.5 mm. Two of them will be placed for each crop bar which connects the crop bars to Profile H on top of the bow.

 DOORS:
Sliding door with 8 mm polycarbonate sheet and galvanized frame in dimension of 2.5x2.5 m 

VENTILATIONS:
Ventilation system on the roof: window ¼. Insect screen with 10x10 meshes of 160 cm wide will be used for this system.
The ventilation windows move by electro gearboxes, racks (1.5 m. long and 3 mm. thick) and pinions.

 EQUIPMENT: 

Control Panel: 
This control panel is able to control shading system, circulation fans, foggers, pad and fan, exhaust fans, heating system, temperature, rain, light and humidity sensors, wind speed & direction sensors. Here are some other features of this panel:
Automatic control of wind speed and direction for closing the ventilations.

Defect AlaShading system Automatic Control.
By using an interface and relating software, the panel can be monitored and controlled at your office, home or any other places.
3 Phase Main Power Panel:
This panel is used for supplying the power of the greenhouse electrical equipment such as: heater, circulation fan, fogger, roof and side ventilation’s electro gearboxes, shade net and lighting system
3 Phase Subsidiary Power Panel:
In case the greenhouse project is vast and therefor higher electricity consumption, the subsidiary panel will be used with the main power unit.



Ventilation’s Single Panel:
This panel is used for controlling the roof ventilation’s electro gearboxes and shading system. In addition to automatic mode, the panel is used for controlling the ventilation and shading system manually.
In case of any problem, the alarm will be activated.
Circulation Fans control Panel:
This panel is used for 3 groups of circulation fans. It can be used both in automatic and manual mode.


Fogger control Panel:
By controlling the 6 groups of fogger pumps manually, this panel increases the ventilation and cooling of the greenhouse. In case the panel is in automatic mode, the fogger pumps can be controlled automatically through a central control panel. In this mode, the fogger pumps will be turned on one after the other according to setting time. It prevents problems for electrical systems while the pumps are working.

IRRIGATION AND FERTIGATION CONTROLLING UNIT-HYDROPONIC:

•    Controlling the irrigation system of 4 greenhouse units individually.
•    Dividing and managing each greenhouse unit into 8 sections 
•    Managing 4 various nutrient formulas with time cycle selection for each greenhouse unit and section individually.
•    Setting Irrigation program weekly (ability to choose week days for irrigation) and daily 
•    Ability to set programs for 24 hours per day.
•    Controlling an acid tank and max. 4 fertigation tanks
•    with water level sensor in inlet to prevent units running out the water and making problems for electro pump and its sensors.
